The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, offering a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms also include king beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for everyone. A second full bathroom sits in a convenient spot for everyone to share.

Meals come together simply in the kitchen, and the dining table is where conversations take their time. Outside, the fenced backyard and private pool create an easy rhythm: swim, sit, relax, repeat. Getting around Sunny Groove Oasis is a breeze. For those arriving by air, the Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 30-45 minute drive away. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is even closer, just a 20-30 minute drive. You'll find ample free parking on-site, with assigned covered spaces (A4) and uncovered spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. While a car is recommended to fully explore the area, public transportation options are available. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) operates bus routes throughout Clearwater, with several stops located within a convenient distance of the property, providing access to local attractions, beaches, and downtown Clearwater. Check the PSTA website for routes and schedules to plan your journeys.
