This property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it fell short in several key areas. I was in town for work and expected a comfortable stay, but ongoing maintenance issues and communication surrounding them negatively affected the experience. The primary issue was the plumbing. Both showers leaked, causing water to flow out of the shower and into the sink area. Maintenance came out multiple times to clean what they believed to be a clogged drain, but the water appeared to be leaking through the tile rather than simply backing up through the drain. Despite several maintenance visits, the issue was never fully resolved during my stay. Another concern was security. After housekeeping serviced the unit, they left my door unlocked. As a solo female traveler, this was particularly unsettling and made me question whether the property was being monitored carefully. The upstairs neighbors could also be heard walking
