We have been coming to this area the past 4 years for Scalloping. Every year our houses get a bit nicer. This year, we found this large family house very close to our scalloping grounds. We upgraded for an early check-in, our code given wasnt working and a quick message to PMI Clearwater and we got it sorted out. Directions were clear and everything was labeled. The house was spacious and had plenty to do for the children. Pros: Large house with plenty of space Nice pool and patio area Close to Publix and main roads Neighborhood boat ramp for guests Cons: Dryer was older and took a long time to dry towels and clothes Couldn't use boat lift because large tide swing If there was a need PMI Clearwater was responsive to our needs. Would book again
